Who we are
This website is run by A.R.G Location Services Limited ("A.R.G", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15008738. Our registered office is 11 Aylesbury Crescent, Slough, SL1 3ER, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal information described here.

What we collect
- Enquiries. When you contact us by email, phone or the enquiry form, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and details of the site or event you need covered.
- Client information. If you book our services, we keep the details needed to deliver them, such as site addresses, contacts, access arrangements, assignment instructions and invoicing information.
- Job applicants. If you apply to work with us, we receive your CV and contact details, and we will ask for your SIA licence details, proof of your right to work in the UK and the employment history needed for screening.
- Records made while on duty. When our officers work at a client's premises or event, they may make incident logs and, where agreed, body-worn camera recordings. These are handled under our agreement with that client and only used for security, safety and legal purposes.
The enquiry form on this website does not store your details. It opens your own email app with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send.
How we use it and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote (steps you ask us to take before a contract).
- To plan and deliver the services you book (performance of a contract).
- To assess job applications and carry out pre-employment screening (steps before a contract, and legal obligation for right-to-work checks).
- To keep business, accounting and incident records, and to protect people and property (legal obligation and legitimate interests).
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed: with our officers working on your assignment, with professional advisers and insurers, and with the police or other authorities where the law requires it or it is needed to prevent or detect crime.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising tracking. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address. See our cookie policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client and incident records are kept for as long as our contract, insurers and the law require. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted within 12 months. Body-worn camera footage is kept only as long as agreed with the client, unless it is needed as evidence.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. To make a request, email us at the address above.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
